Hemauer Brewing Co. is closed this Thursday to celebrate Thanksgiving, but are opening early on Black Friday. The 2026 High Roller signup is happening now.

Starting this week (11/10), our hours are back to normal (closed Mondays and Tuesdays, open Wednesdays through Sundays), smash burgers are available this Thursday (11/13) and Friday (11/14), and we’re closed on Sunday (11/16) for our annual High Roller par-tay!

Mr. Tank, HBC’s triple IPA is back starting on 11/7/25, plus hours are changing—we’re open again (and have yoga) on every Sunday! Smash burgers available on Friday and Saturday.
