Hemauer Brewing Co. opened in May 2020 in Mechanicsburg, PA, just as the world was shutting down. What started in the middle of a global pandemic has grown into a brewery and taproom built around quality beer, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place people want to come back to.
We focus on creating high-quality, true-to-form beers while still exploring new styles and flavor combinations. Whether you’re stopping in for one pint or making us part of a brewery trip, our goal is simple: make great beer and create a space people enjoy spending time in.
Located in the same complex as The Peppermill Family Restaurant, our taproom is designed to be comfortable, relaxed, and easy to enjoy.
What You’ll Find Here
We brew a wide range of craft beer, from approachable favorites to rotating small-batch releases, with new options regularly added to the tap list.
Beyond beer, we also offer cider, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, so everyone can find something to enjoy.
For food, we serve housemade flatbread pizzas with fresh ingredients, along with rotating specials like jumbo pretzels, beer cheese, and smash cheeseburgers. (Check the food menu for current offerings.)
