He is also not afraid to think out of the box when it comes to the ingredients–he created the “Dilled,” which is an APA with a distinct dill flavor that has received praise from those who have tried a glass.

Kitchen Opens Today! | Hemauer Brewing Co.

Today is the day!! Starting at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16th, we open our full kitchen for service! And even though the kitchen is a food truck, patrons should come into the taproom and enjoy table service—your server will take your orders and bring the items directly to you. No need to stand outside! Do not place your order at the truck.

You may remember from a previous newsletter, we mentioned Smoke & Pickles is closing shop because the owner is moving out of state to be with his wife, so we were able to purchase his food truck, which means WE HAVE A FULL KITCHEN!!

The truck, once it’s rewrapped with our name and logo, will sit in the rear of the building. All that patrons need to do is come into the taproom and order like you would at any other restaurant—our staff will provide you table service!

We are revamping our entire menu and will soon be able to offer you burgers and chicken sandwiches (and other goodies), AND! two of Smoke & Pickles trained cooks will be on our staff, so you know it’s gonna be good eatin’.

We’re working on the menu and plan to release it soon. Our goal is to have the food truck up and running by mid-November, so stay tuned for updates. Until then our current menu items are available.
