He is also not afraid to think out of the box when it comes to the ingredients–he created the “Dilled,” which is an APA with a distinct dill flavor that has received praise from those who have tried a glass.

You don’t have to be a High Roller to enjoy our popular sour Berliner Weisse. This brew is made using red candied fish, which we add at the end of the fermenting period—this is how we achieve the pink color and taste of this craft beer.

We’re excited to announce that Americanization Pale Ale is back on tap starting TODAY! This is an all-American ingredient pale ale brewed with American malt and hops. A late kettle-hop addition and a massive dry hop give this beer its floral and citrus nose. It’s well-balanced and a very drinkable beer with a dry finish! Please note that Americanization is temporarily unavailable in 16oz cans, only on draft and crowlers!
