We are closed to the public.

  • Special Event – High Rollers Beer Release Party:
    We’ll be closed to the public on Tuesday, August 26th to celebrate our exclusive High Rollers beer release of Big E, our Blueberry Wheat.

  • Big E Blueberry Wheat Release:
    Available to the public starting Friday, August 29th! Our fan-favorite blueberry wheat beer is back on tap and in crowlers.

TAPROOM FOOD OPTIONS

SMASH BURGERS FRIDAY & SATURDAY

HEMAUER BREWING CO. HAS SMASH BURGERS THIS FRIDAY & SATURDAY.

Crispy-edged, 4-oz patties on a toasted bun with shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion, tomato, and creamy garlic aioli. Topped with your choice of provolone, cheddar, or Swiss cheese. Comes with chips or pretzels.

  • Friday, August 29th: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (while supplies last)
  • Saturday, August 23rd: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (while supplies last)

    • Taproom open: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
      • Smash burgers available: 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM (while supplies last)
  • Saturday, August 30th
    • Dillsburg Farmers Market: 8:00 AM to noon
    • Taproom open: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

HBC reserves the right to seat multiple smaller parties together to maximize space. For example, if two two-person parties RSVP, we may seat them at the same table if necessary.

Running late to an event/class or need to change the number in your party? Please call us and let us know. CALL: 717-477-3002 (Leave a message if we don’t pick up.) We don’t want to, but…repeat RSVP offenders will be denied future reservations. We reserve the right to cancel reservations 10 minutes after an event/class starts and offer the spot(s) to other patrons. To avoid reserved spots from being given away, please notify us if you are running late.
