TAPROOM HOURS CHANGING
STARTING JULY 27, 2025
Starting this Sunday, July 27th, the taproom is closed every other Sunday so Brooks can be home more with the family.
STARTING AUGUST 2025
Starting August 1st, the taproom is open 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturdays. JR-high football resumes, so we’ll be open on Tuesdays (4:00 PM until 9:00 PM) and closed on Wednesdays so we can watch our boys play.
BEER RELEASES THIS WEEKEND: HÄR FISKIG FISKIG & AMERICANIZATION
HÄR FISKIG FISKIG
Our sour Berliner Weisse, “Här Fiskig Fiskig” (which, according to Google, means “Here, Fishy, Fishy”), is made using the candied fish, which we add at the end of the fermenting period—this is how we achieve the pink color and taste.
Available starting Friday on tap and crowlers. While supplies last.
AMERICANAZATION
This is an all-American ingredient pale ale brewed with American malt and hops. Late kettle-hop addition and a massive dry hop gives this beer its floral and citrus nose. Well balanced and very drinkable with a dry finish.
Available starting Friday on tap and 4-packs.

SMASH BURGERS THIS SATURDAY
Crispy-edged, 4-oz patties on a toasted bun with shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion, tomato, and creamy garlic aioli. Topped with your choice of provolone, cheddar, or Swiss cheese. Comes with chips or pretzels.

HBC reserves the right to seat multiple smaller parties together to maximize space. For example, if two two-person parties RSVP, we may seat them at the same table if necessary.

We don’t want to, but…repeat RSVP offenders will be denied future reservations. We reserve the right to cancel reservations 10 minutes after an event/class starts and offer the spot(s) to other patrons.
