This brew is made using red candied fish, which we add at the end of the fermenting period—this is how we achieve the pink color and taste of this craft beer.

Our very popular sour Berliner Weisse, “Här Fiskig Fiskig” (which, according to Google, means “Here, Fishy, Fishy”), is made using the red candied fish, which we add at the end of the fermenting period—this is how we achieve the pink color and taste. It’s one of Shannon’s favorite beers!!
